- If the user has completed more than 50% of the course or accessed course content in full.
- If the request is due to a change in personal preference, schedule, or a lack of time to complete the course.
- No refund will be issued for services or products that are offered as part of a bundle or promotional discount, except in cases where one or more individual components of the bundle are faulty or inaccessible.
